As a Reconditioning Service Technician I for Manheim (a Cox Automotive company), you’ll work on all sorts of vehicles, preparing all the repaired and primed panels for a new paint job. What You’ll Do
Serves as an entry-level Technician.
With guidance, performs vehicle cleaning and preparation, including washing, wheel cleaning, waxing and buffing, polishing,
Removing finish defects, assistance with paint applications and minor repairs
Inspecting finished body panels for color match and finish texture
Preparing surfaces for buffing
Moving vehicles to support production flow through detailing and painting processes
Perform other duties as assigned by your manager or supervisor
Who You Are
You’ve got a keen eye for detail, and no imperfection is safe from your watchful eye. Requirements include:
Minimum:
1+ years of relevant experience (body shop and/or prepping experience; collision and/or mechanical estimating experience).
Preferred:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Annual Respirator Fit Test documentation.
Valid HAPS Paint Training Certification.
