Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $111,500.00 - $185,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

*This position is remote/work from home and can be located anywhere within the United States BUT must live within an hour’s drive of a major airport AND be able to work Central or Eastern Standard hours. If you live within 25 miles of our Atlanta office, the role will be hybrid.

The Senior Manager, Key Account Marketing – Commercial is responsible for leading end to end remarketing campaign strategy for Manheim’s most complex, high value commercial clients, including OEMs, rental companies, fleet operators, and captive finance organizations. This role owns comprehensive account planning and the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from strategic planning and development through execution, optimization, and performance reporting—ensuring programs directly support client remarketing goals and sales priorities. Leveraging AI enabled tools and advanced analytics, this role synthesizes complex client, buyer, and performance data into clear, executive level insights that inform campaign strategy, strengthen critical sales partnerships, and drive measurable growth across Manheim’s top commercial accounts.

What You’ll Do

Commercial Account Strategy & Management

  • Own marketing strategy for Manheim’s most complex and strategically critical commercial accounts, serving as a trusted marketing advisor to both senior client stakeholders and internal sales partners.
  • Apply synthesized data, market intelligence, and client insights to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and expansion paths within assigned accounts.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of client business models, remarketing strategies, and industry dynamics to inform long-term account planning and relationship management.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned enterprise-level accounts, reinforcing Manheim’s value through insight-led strategy and consistent execution.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to complex commercial client objectives.
  • Partner closely with Field Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure campaigns are executed consistently across auction locations while meeting enterprise client expectations.
  • Guide campaign prioritization and sequencing based on account goals, performance insights, and sales objectives.
  • Ensure campaigns reflect Manheim and client brand standards while delivering customized solutions for enterprise clients.

Data Analytics & Performance Management

  • Leverage analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and AI-enabled tools to synthesize large, complex data sets into executive-ready insights, summaries, and strategic recommendations.
  • Translate buyer behavior, campaign performance, and industry and sales trends into clear narratives that support growth strategy and client decision-making.
  • Develop concise, insight-driven performance recaps that connect marketing activity to sales outcomes and ROI.
  • Identify expansion and optimization opportunities within existing commercial accounts through data-driven analysis and forward-looking insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a strategic marketing partner to Sales, collaborating closely to align account priorities, pipeline opportunities, and client engagement strategies.
  • Proactively share synthesized insights, performance summaries, and campaign learnings with Sales, Field Marketing, and Key Account Marketing peers to inform decision-making.
  • Partner with Data Analytics teams to access, interpret, and inform targeting strategies.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Marketing to ensure enterprise client programs maintain brand consistency while meeting unique client needs.
  • Seek opportunities to collaborate with field marketing during campaign development and execution.

Who You Are

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 8 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on enterprise account management and campaign leadership. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 6 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience; or 12 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and AI-powered tools with advanced analytics.
  • Proven ability to distill complex information into executive-level insights for senior clients and internal sales partners.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with ente

  • Experience developing and managing marketing budgets with ROI accountability.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive-level client interactions.
  • Comfort operating autonomously within high-visibility, high-impact accounts.
  • Ability to prioritize work and demonstrate agility among competing priorities.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Ability to work on CST or EST schedules to accommodate internal and external customers
  • Travel: 35% for client meetings and auction location visits. Must live within 60 miles of a major airport.

Preferred:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • Automotive, auction, fleet, rental, or remarketing industry experience.
  • Experience working with OEMs, rental companies, fleet operators, or captive finance organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics and data visualization platforms.
