Compensation
Hourly base pay rate is $15.10 - $22.69/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Gain familiarity with standard food services methods and practices
- With guidance, perform routine food preparation, including:
- Cutting, preparing, and serving a variety of hot and cold foods
- Measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients per recipes
- Forming food items into required shapes and sizes
- Baking, cooking, or preparing food products
- Ensure all products meet company and regulatory standards for food safety and nutrition
- Rotate, label, and date all products
- Monitor food loss or spoilage
- Clean equipment and work areas
- Learn and adhere to all food, health, and safety regulations
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED and 7 years’ experience
OR - Any post-HS degree or certification in a related field and 5 years’ experience
OR - 9 years’ experience in a related field
