Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $111,500.00 - $185,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Manheim Digital seeks an individual who provides both strategic and tactical guidance to clients and internal teams, encouraging software adoption and client program success. You have a broad, cross-functional background, a passion for learning, problem-solving, and bridging business and technical challenges. Adaptability and improvement are integral to your approach, and you take initiative without waiting for direction. The role requires responsiveness, independent judgment, and effective organization in a fast-paced environment, serving the interests of both Manheim and the client.

General Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for client(s) for all aspects of the program including but not limited to the overall client solution from launch to ongoing enhancements to end of life
  • Build enduring relationships and display an understanding of the client industry, business environment and strategy to identify current and future opportunities
  • Drives program evolution while keeping with client's strategic needs and expands program in cooperation with client.
  • Responsible for managing and implementing the overall program requirements; organizes, directs, coordinates plans, and implements all program activities
  • Overall responsibility for operational aspects of the program
  • Ability to indirectly manage and influence a diverse group of resources – executive sponsors, multiple stakeholders, product management, developers, analysts, testers and project managers
  • Facilitate complex team meetings involving business and technical resources; Demonstrate credibility as a business partner to ensure business and technology decisions are reached to support the client goals and objectives
  • Effectively communicate & manage project expectations to client, project managers, sponsors, team members and other stakeholders in a clear, concise and consistent manner.
  • Induces proactive issue and risk management strategies to ensure early identification and effective communication to the Senior Leadership team
  • Tracks performance data and reports results to client
  • Keeps appropriate individuals abreast of new, existing and possible emerging program issues or concerns
  • Delivers formal internal strategy and execution presentations
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of industry, economic trends and changes affecting businesses
  • Provides training and best practice recommendations to clients
  • Mentors other Program Leads and Program Managers

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and 8 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
