About the Role:

Decagon is looking to hire a Chief of Staff to partner directly with our Co-Founders and drive strategic initiatives across the company. In this role, you will act as a force multiplier, ensuring alignment, execution, and operational excellence as we continue to scale. You’ll work cross-functionally to solve high-priority problems, streamline decision-making, and help the company maintain its ferocious pace and high bar for performance.

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, management consulting, investment banking, or a similarly fast-paced environment

• Are a strategic thinker who can translate high-level vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes

• Excel at cross-functional collaboration and know how to influence without authority

• Thrive in ambiguity and can prioritize and execute with a high degree of autonomy

• Have exceptional communication skills and can distill complex ideas into clear, concise messaging

• Have experience working directly with C-level executives or founders

• Understand how to use data to drive decisions and measure impact

• Have a track record of leading high-stakes projects with multiple stakeholders

• Bring a deep understanding of AI, SaaS, or other tech-driven industries
