👑Head of Engineering
Delightree

As our first Head of Engineering, you will have a chance to build out and scale up a strong engineering team and make key decisions in scaling up the product. With a billion deskless users and 1.2M multi-location physical businesses to sell to, the opportunity is huge. Physical businesses are operationally far behind tech businesses, and revolutionising the way they work will bring about a new paradigm of store operations. You will have full control and authority over hiring for your team, budgets for the technology used, and will be an early member of a stellar founding team.
Building the first SOP playbook for physical businesses can be a game changer for them. But with great power comes great responsibilities. Products that you will build here at Delightree will be
Reliable - robust to network conditions. A lot of our users (the deskless remote workers) may not be in the best of network coverage areas.
Immediate - instant to connect and low-latency, so it feels like you're right next to your teammates and managers.
Always available - because communication should be like oxygen, omnipresent.
Secure - invulnerable to attacks, for peace-of-mind.
Performant - uses minimal resources, to co-exist with all your other apps.
This might be right for you if you have...
