About the Role:
Franchising is the backbone of American capitalism growing since the 1950s having a strong community, tons of influencers & offline networks. However, there’s a huge gap in Digital engaging content & an opportunity for Delightree to create a strong community online. Your role will spearhead Delightree to own this thought leadership space for Franchises.
With a market tested product & customers from leading Franchisors like 7-Eleven, Burger King, Subway, Tim Hortons & many more already using Delightree App across 100+ Locations…
You’ll be the owner of Delightree’s online presence, drive the brand voice & spread the Delightree story to our audience across social channels & build a strong community of followers.
If you’re creative, someone who lives & breathes social media, updated with latest social trends, has a strong desire to increase social growth, connect with followers & drive discussions to create a fan base, geeks over the algorithm & has a pulse on which content & formats can become viral - this role is ideal for you!
What you’ll be doing:
North Star: Building a community of 100K+ followers
Things you’ll do, once you join:
Dig Deep & Research - Find engaging Franchise stories & learnings from Franchisor blogs, publications, online communities.
Shoot Videos - Develop (Shoot, Edit, Post) engaging storytelling short videos TikTok & Instagram Reel style.
Engaging Social Posts - Write & develop social posts (content + visuals), manage & execute social calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & respond to post comments.
Build a Community - Find franchisor communities & discussions across all platforms (even reddit & quora). Create & participate in discussion threads to drive Delightree thought leadership.
Co-create content - Research & find Franchise Influencers (evangelists, Franchise consultants, partner companies) & scout for content opportunities - guest posts, product citations, interviews, podcasts, sponsored content.
Promote thought leadership - Drive social engagement for webinars, franchisor interviews, event participations.
Analyse - Track and report on social media KPIs and benchmarks for daily, weekly and monthly performance.
This is the right opportunity for you:
If you’ve built a strong followership (5-10K+) on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter or Linkedin with content of any kind, you’re the ideal candidate!
2+ yrs of experience in growing brand followerships in thousands.
Your social communication & writing skills are like a ninja, and you love to engage in discussions.
Adept in Canva, Figma, Photoshop or similar image editing tools.
Comfortable with video editing on Inshot, Kapwing or the likes!
Ability to analyse content from different social data & drive insights for new campaigns & initiatives.
Ability to understand the brand narrative, industry challenges & shape the brand voice.
