About the role

Franchising is the backbone of American capitalism and you will be helping transform to make it more efficient, smart and equitable for millions of deskless workers employed by them.
We’re looking for sales representatives to grow our outbound efforts to the franchise owners and brands. This is a great opportunity for entrepreneurial and highly ambitious sales folks who want to grow fast through full stack sales and be a part of movement that will change the way franchise industry operates.
Your primary responsibility will be to target mid scale franchise owners and brands.
You’ll help identify the right customer fit and help them understand the value of Delightree to drive more onboardings. The target businesses will be using Delightree to automate operations and compliance across their locations. This is a real high impact item on their business and you will be helping most of them move to a digital solution from manual operations.
Even though the role may start being remote, we would want you to be willing to move to Austin, TX. We believe in the value of being in the hall together and ringing the gong to celebrate our wins.
This is going to be a high intensity and energy role where you’ll get to interact with inspiring business owners and will be helping them add significant value to their business while helping build a new category.

What you’ll be doing -

Research accounts in depth, identify key targets and generate interest
Execute outbound phone and email campaigns to book discovery calls
Conduct discovery calls with senior level executives and stakeholders serving as the first touch-point for prospects
Understand their business and clearly articulate the Delightree value proposition tailored to their needs.
Plan and build exciting demos for customers to help them visualise the solution and establish value
Work close with the CEO to close the deals
Work closely with the customer success and product teams to help customers succeed and identify growth opportunities in product.

This is the right opportunity for you if -

Have 2+ years of sales experience
Have sold to any of the following industries - restaurants, retail, hospitality, chains, home services or any business with a physical customer interaction.
Excellent spoken and written communication
Ability to solve problems and think on the spot
Are ambitious and self motivated
