As customer success manager, your job will be -
Drive adoption, retention, and expansion for executives, managers and most importantly, the deskless workforce.
Help build the foundations of Customer Success at Delightree.
Meaningfully shape our future product: As you engage with customers, you'll gain insights to help us serve them better — and work with product to inform what we do next.
Build customer success playbook and own metrics such as user churn, logo churn, account expansion and product usage metrics.
This might be right for you if....
You have 4+ years of experience in customer success related roles for US at a SaaS company.
You have a demonstrable record of managing key accounts with proven metrics around adoption, churn and expansion.
You have high empathy and your customers vouch for you.
