This isn’t a maintenance role; we need an architect who will develop our people today and earn a seat at the table as we scale the future of this company.

What You’ll Do
- You will lead, coach, and scale a team of 8-10 Account Executives focused on the Emerging and SMB franchise markets.
- Master the AI Narrative: Coach your team to move master forward thinking AI solutions.
- Lead the Operating Rhythm: Own the daily stand-ups and high-velocity activity standards to ensure a consistent top-of-funnel engine.
- Scale the Playbook: Optimize a high-volume sales motion
- Recruit and Ramp: Identify high-aptitude talent and lead a 30-day onboarding process to turn them into AI-literate closers.
- Pipeline Hygiene: Audit team activity in HubSpot to provide accurate weekly forecasts based on real-time conversion data.

What We’re Looking For
- Two or more years of B2B SaaS leadership experience in high-velocity environments
- A deep understanding of how to sell automation and AI value propositions
- Proven track record of managing a team to 100%+ of quota attainment
- Mastery of sales coaching frameworks and a relentless focus on call quality
- Expert-level discipline in CRM hygiene (Hubspot or Salesforce)

Requirements
- Must be based in Denver with three to five days per week onsite
- Willingness to travel occasionally to franchise HQs and industry events
