The Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. The fixed-term contract role will work closely with the Marketing Director and collaborate with other marketing leads as well as cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class growth strategies and promotion campaigns.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering brand and business growth through innovative marketing strategies. S/he is customer centric, has a passion for food and is known for their competence and agility across a breadth of marketing skill sets (“the marketing swiss army knife”). S/he is able to navigate ambiguity, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment that sometimes comes with uncertainties and sharp turns. There will be a strong balance between scrappiness and structure in their approach, as well as what’s proven and innovation.

S/he also needs to be a strong communicator, a skilled negotiator, an enthusiastic problem solver who can earn trust and possess a strong sense of accountability to deliver results.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supports the Marketing Director in developing marketing strategies across brand, media, customer acquisition and retention, platform growth initiatives and marketing partnerships, and leading these marketing functions.
  • Represents Marketing and the voice of Hong Kong customers in local management team
  • Collaborates with global brand and marketing team to localise and implement global brand in Hong Kong
  • Plans, implements, monitors and measures marketing activities against budgets in accordance with the company's strategic objectives. Timely budget live forecasts and monthly reporting and closing.
  • Uses data as guidance to enhance conversion funnel at each stage and optimise user experience and product UI
  • Analyses and measures the marketing effectiveness and efficiencies of all ATL and BTL marketing channels and makes quick and effective strategy adjustments or strategy recommendations based on data and user feedback
  • Grow the team, through assessing the current and future skill gaps based on business goals and growth plans, and ensure KPIs and OKRs are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience with Hong Kong food delivery/ on-demand service categories
  • Proven track record in delivering growth across multiple customer segments and successfully launching new verticals
  • Proficiency in data-informed decision making processes, performance-based marketing approach and executing multi-channel ATL and BTL marketing campaigns, with proven ability to scale impact
  • Minimum 10 years experience/ career achievement in marketing (with demonstrated financial results and business impact) of which the last 4 in supervisory role
  • Strong business acumen, result oriented and obsessed with data
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) a must
