Senior People Change Manager (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking an experienced Senior People Change Manager with a strong background in delivering change and transformation projects within a People function. Ideally you will have experience of working with applications such as ServiceNow or Workday. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and experience of People-related processes and operations, with a track record of successfully delivering change to drive & improve the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• To deliver change projects for the People function - covering all aspects of project management, e.g. defining scope, documenting plans, defining programme structure and roles and responsibilities, defining clear goals, establishing costs and benefits, risks, issues understood etc.
• To represent the People Operations team on cross-functional projects, and act as the SME for input, challenge and change management aspects
• Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies across the People function - to improve processes, enhance the employee experience and to drive cost efficiencies
• Identify opportunities to streamline People processes through the effective use of Workday and other People technologies.
• To ensure change management and training impacts are fully understood and managed
• Continuous improvement cycle through a focus on benefits delivery & lessons learned to enhance future programmes of work
• To act as a coach/mentor to develop change/ programme management skills within the team

Qualifications/ Expertise:

• Extensive experience of successfully delivering change projects within a People function
• Experience of delivering global People transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication/ influencing skills
• An strong understanding of project disciplines
• An eye for detail and a willingness to listen, challenge (where required) and collaborate across the team
• A strong understanding of People-related processes and best practices, with a focus on how technology can support and enhance these
• A knowledge of Workday & ServiceNow would be preferable
