Investing is stressful and emotional. Building & growing wealth is difficult and time-consuming. Most individuals struggle with managing their investments and money. Our goal is to help individuals grow their wealth without the stress, time, and costs involved in a traditional investment. At Dezerv, we are building a platform that leverages our decades of investment expertise to help individuals invest better for their future.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a Youtube Lead who has actually grown a YouTube channel(s) before. Someone who understands why one video gets 1M views and the next gets 50K.
  • You'll own the full content engine: strategy, packaging (titles/thumbnails/hooks), production pipeline, analytics, and team. You'll work directly with the head of content to make better content bets, ship faster, and connect content to business outcomes.
  • Dezerv runs two YouTube channels — and over the last two years, we've built 3 million organic views without a dedicated YouTube lead.
  • We create content that either matters to or caters to India's top 1%. Our content is founder-led, deeply researched, and built for an audience that has zero tolerance for generic financial advice.

Core Responsibilities

  • YouTube strategy and editorial direction: topics, formats, series, narrative arcs, audience strategy
  • Packaging: titles, thumbnails, first 30 seconds. Structured A/B testing to improve CTR and retention
  • Performance analytics: CTR, AVD, retention curves, subscriber conversion. Weekly data-to-decision rhythm
  • Production pipeline and team: manage a small content team (editor, copywriter, design support). Build reliable workflows from idea to publish to repurpose

You'll Also Handle

  1. Repurposing long-form into Shorts and Instagram reels
  2. Sponsor segment coordination within production timelines
  3. Working closely with the founder's voice and positioning
  4. Co-creation of media partner led video assets

What We’re Looking For

  • Direct experience growing a YouTube channel (ideally founder-led or personal brand) with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of CTR, retention, and watch time with a track record of moving those numbers
  • Editorial judgment: picking topics and angles that win in a competitive space
  • Proven packaging skills: titles, thumbnails, hooks
  • Experience managing a content team and raising output quality through systems
  • Comfort working fast during launch cycles across multiple formats

Good to Have:

  • Track record with repurposing workflows and short-form strategy
  • Familiarity with the personal finance or fintech space.

What Success Looks Like

  • First 30 days: Content strategy and series map documented. Production pipeline running. Weekly performance review routine in place.
  • 60 to 180 days: CTR and retention trending upward. Team output less dependent on head of content involvement. A repeatable system for producing winners.
