Responsibilities:
1.Oversee end-to-end operations and management of mail-in repair services. 2.Liaise with end customers to provide technical support and service consultations. 3.Assist production engineers in processing production and business data, and regularly generate various operational reports. 4.Support the head of repair centre in optimizing the customer experience for mail-in repair services in the Australia-New Zealand region, taking ownership of repair cycles, costs, customer interactions, and related process systems. 5.Perform other tasks as assigned
