Responsibilities:
1.Manage end-to-end operations of mail-in repair services. 2.Liaise with end customers to provide technical support and service consultations. 3.Assist the Regional Service Manager in planning the service network for the Australia-New Zealand region, developing service and management strategies for dealers and key accounts, and building dealer management capabilities. 4.Handle the sales and operations of online and offline service products. 5.Perform other tasks as assigned.
