Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operations and management of bicycle retail stores in France/Spain, ensuring satisfaction of both stores and end-users. 1. Manage the complete sales process of bicycles and spare parts, including sales follow-up, inventory control, and accounts receivable collection. 2. Handle daily store operations within the region, including but not limited to store inspections, staff training, visual merchandising, demo bike management, technical support, repair case tracking, operational monitoring, and labor fee settlement. 3. Maintain relationships between Amflow and retail stores through regular communication, optimize regional business operations, provide integrated sales-service support to stores, and enhance end-customer experience. 4. Coordinate and resolve major customer complaints and crisis incidents in the region, and efficiently complete field investigations assigned by superiors.
