Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of regional retail operations and management for the consumer-facing (ToC) business segment, ensuring satisfaction for both retail stores and end users. • Based in Burbank, California, with approximately one-third of the year spent visiting and supporting retail stores across assigned regions. • Follow up on e-Bike and spare parts sales, including inventory management and account receivables collection. • Oversee daily operations of stores within the region, including but not limited to: routine store visits, staff training, in-store display management, demo bike oversight, technical support, service case tracking, operations monitoring, and service fee settlement. • Maintain strong relationships between Amflow and retail stores. Support daily communications and continuously optimize store operations in the region to enhance the sales and service experience for both partners and end customers. • Coordinate and resolve major customer complaints or crises within the region, and swiftly complete first-line investigation tasks as assigned by supervisors.
