Responsibilities:
• Monitor logistics operations and proactively identify and follow up on anomalies. • Investigate and resolve transportation delays, lost shipments, and other logistics issues. • Communicate with carriers, warehouses, outsourced teams, and operations teams to gather information and drive issue resolution. • Produce logistics issue analysis reports and provide improvement suggestions. • Assist in optimizing transportation solutions and investigation processes across Europe based on cost considerations. • Ensure all tasks comply with regional regulations and company policies. • Assist in handling claims related to carriers or service providers. • Support insurance claim processes. • Assist with financial closing procedures.
