Responsibilities:
1. Channel Development & Resource Building A. Develop local tier-1/tier-2 distributors and project-based SI resources in Vietnam to establish a sustainable channel system; B. Familiarity with Vietnam's import regulations and compliance to support business operations; C. Possess experience in greenfield market development (from 0 to 1), capable of quickly entering the market and accumulating resources. 2. Distributor Management & Enablement A. Responsible for the daily maintenance, relationship strengthening, and performance improvement of assigned tier-2 distributors; B. Identify and onboard new tier-2 distributors, providing cultivation and enablement. 3. Market Insight & Key Account Development A. Track key account (KA) opportunities, coordinate internal and external resources to drive project closure; B. Through market and competitive analysis, identify target industries, key clients, and product strategies to guide project requirements; C. Develop and execute competitive response strategies. 4. Strategy Execution & Comprehensive Competencies A. Efficiently execute headquarters' sales strategies and ensure implementation feedback; B. Strong resilience under pressure and a results-oriented mindset.
