Responsibilities:

DJI is the global leader in developing and manufacturing innovative drones and camera technology for commercial and recreational use. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Key Account Manager to own and manage our most critical retail partnerships. The successful candidate will be fully responsible for the business performance with major retail accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account strategies to drive sustainable growth and achieve ambitious sales targets within company guidelines. Key Responsibilities  Develop and execute key account strategies to achieve overall sales targets, with full accountability for business performance within company guidelines.  Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at core key account clients, leading annual negotiations, framework agreements, and key business engagements.  Collaborate effectively with channel management, product, logistics, marketing and other internal teams to address business challenges and ensure sustainable growth.  Identify market opportunities and risks through deep key account client insights, and translate them into actionable plans to gain competitive advantage.  Systematize key account management best practices and methodologies to empower the team and enhance organizational capabilities.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Experience  Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or related industries selling through major retailers.  Demonstrated team management experience is essential.  Proven track record in key account management, with a deep understanding of key account decision-making processes, operational mechanisms, and retail go-to-market strategies.  Documented success stories in breaking through and growing business with key accounts.  Must possess the executive presence and skills to build rapport with high-level contacts and effectively engage with critical business stakeholders to secure buy-in. Preferred Skills  Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.  Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
