Responsibilities:

As DJI continues to expand its enterprise solutions and automated drone operations globally, DJI Dock has become a core product enabling remote, intelligent, and scalable drone deployments across multiple industries. To support continued growth in South America, particularly in Brazil, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion, develop industry solutions, and support strategic customer projects. This role will play a key part in strengthening DJI Dock’s presence in key industries and building sustainable, long-term business growth in the region. Key Responsibilities:  Lead market expansion and business development for DJI Dock–related products in South America, with primary focus on Brazil, providing industry insights and practical go-to-market strategies.  Develop benchmark projects in key industries such as public safety, agriculture, natural resources, infrastructure inspection, and engineering surveying, and continuously optimize industry solutions.  Support major customer projects in strategic industries, ensuring successful delivery and enabling scalable replication.  Drive regional sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets for DJI Dock hardware and software solutions.  Work closely with internal teams and local partners to accelerate market penetration and project execution.  Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.  Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in B2B (ToB) business development, sales, or related roles; experience delivering large-scale IoT or technology-driven projects is preferred.  Proficiency in English and Portuguese and Spanish is an advantage.  Demonstrated ability as a strategic problem solver, with the capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.  Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities simultaneously.  Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within Brazil and, as required, to neighboring countries such as Argentina, based on business and market needs.
