Responsibilities:
Role Overview: As an HR intern, you will assist HR Generalist on all operational duties. Responsibilities range from recruitment, on&off-boarding, attendance management, employee relation and employee benefit management to periodic optimization projects. For this internship, we need to have a third-party internship agreement arranged with your school. Responsibilities: • Assist HR Generalist on recruitment and on/offboarding processes including job description drafting, CV screening, interview coordination, recruitment confirmation and trainings; • Responsible for attendance data management and analysis; • Assist HR Generalist on employee benefit management including but not limited to new benefits plan design, team building arrangement and other projects to improve employment experience; • Assist HR Generalist on payrolling and legal issues; • Perform other duties as requested.
