Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive research on product line channels and gain insights into external market sales strategies to identify new business opportunities. Formulate end-to-end offline sales strategies and drive execution by sales and relevant teams, ensuring continuous improvement and closed-loop management based on business outcomes: 1. Effectively identify and analyze opportunities within offline sales channels; 2. Take ownership of product sales targets and in-store customer experience; develop corresponding sales, merchandising, and training strategies; 3. Drive the execution of strategies by sales and related teams, ensuring effective and closed-loop implementation; 4. Manage sales forecasts systematically in line with sales strategies and proactively address out-of-stock and slow-moving inventory risks.

Requirements:

1. Well-versed in channel operation models and market dynamics for relevant categories, with extensive experience in channel management and product business operations; 2. Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities and lead the development of sales strategies for relevant categories; 3. Strong analytical skills in researching products, channels, data, and go-to-market approaches; 4. Strong execution capability: able to break down goals and set clear requirements to drive quick achievement of objectives; open-minded, with the flexibility to adapt strategies based on internal and external changes; 5. Excellent business acumen and insight, skilled in prioritization and simplification, with clear logical thinking; 6. Proficiency in Mandarin as a working language is preferred. 7. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
