What you’ll do

As a PLG Strategy Manager (x/f/m), you will operate from a user-first mindset and directly impact our company’s success by helping us achieve sustainable growth through the planning & execution of a product-led strategy. You will be in charge of defining the strategy for :

1/ Doctolib new free product, from acquisition to usage and upsell,

2/ self-serve in-product upsell & cross-sell for our existing customer base.

You will be working in a highly cross-functional team and deal with Product Management, Product Design, Analytics, Marketing, Go-to-Market, Customer Care...

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Craft & execute our Marketing strategy to maximize 1/ awareness and usage of freely available features, 2/ share of free users who upsell to paying products - in alignment with the B2B Marketing & Product Marketing teams.
  • Define our free trial strategy for our relevant features, in collaboration with Product Management & Go-to-Market.
  • Work with Product Management & Product Design on defining the best user journeys & building the best features to drive acquisition, usage & upsell.
  • Track & utilise data analytics to gain insights into user behavior and funnel conversion, identifying opportunities for product & marketing optimization (sign up, onboarding...), always using a test & learn approach.
  • Roll out cross-functional initiatives in order to ensure the success of our initiatives (self-serve, outbound sales approach, churner management...)
  • Advocate for a user-centric approach, incorporating user feedback and usability testing to refine product offerings.
  • Act as PLG evangelist in the organisation.
  • Stay abreast of PLG trends and best practices, applying them to enhance our product strategy and competitive edge.

Who you are

You could be our next team mate if you:

  • You have 6 to 9 years of experience in a fast paced environment in Product-led growth, Growth Marketing for free products or Growth Product
  • You have worked in a high growth tech business, SaaS, startup, consulting firm etc.
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial & problem-solver mindset
  • You are highly result driven and action-oriented with strong project management & coordination skills
  • You are very analytical and passionate about developing insights, scoping analysis plans and providing critical information that drives a dynamic and fast-growing business
  • You always put the user in the center of your work and want to be close to them
  • You speak English + German or French at least on a C1 level
  • You think global/act local and are used to working in an international environment

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

  • You have some knowledge of SQL
  • You have knowledge of the healthcare market in Germany
  • You know how Product Management works
