<div> We are looking for an AI lead to join our team. What are the kind of problems you’ll be solving: <ul> <li>Designing architecture &amp; managing orchestration for AI Agents &amp; Subagents at scale (companies build one/more agents to monitor their infrastructure using our platform)</li> <li>Building evals and improving reliability/consistency of agents</li> <li>Tackling problems related to AI infrastructure like — improving agent response latency, handling edge cases, context window related issues and more.</li> </ul> Here’s what we are looking for: <ul> <li>Atleast 4 years of ML experience &amp; 1.5+ years of experience working with LLMs in production use-cases (agent orchestration experience is required)</li> <li>Ready to work from office in Bangalore, 6 days a week.</li> <li>Completely involved in development &amp; getting hands dirty. We do not have any mgmt.</li> </ul> What will make you a perfect candidate: <ul> <li>Additionally, atleast one year of backend engineering experience and have been on-call.</li> </ul> </div>
