We are looking for an AI lead to join our team.

What are the kind of problems you’ll be solving:

• Designing architecture & managing orchestration for AI Agents & Subagents at scale (companies build one/more agents to monitor their infrastructure using our platform)
• Building evals and improving reliability/consistency of agents
• Tackling problems related to AI infrastructure like — improving agent response latency, handling edge cases, context window related issues and more.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Atleast 4 years of ML experience & 1.5+ years of experience working with LLMs in production use-cases (agent orchestration experience is required)
• Ready to work from office in Bangalore, 6 days a week.
• Completely involved in development & getting hands dirty. We do not have any mgmt.

What will make you a perfect candidate:

• Additionally, atleast one year of backend engineering experience and have been on-call.
