What you'll do

マーケット・ディベロップメント・レプリゼンタティブ(MDR)は、アカウントエグゼクティブと密接に連携し、販売パイプラインを左右する適切なビジネスチャンスを十分確保できるように支援、調査、見込み客発掘を行います。月ごと、四半期ごとのノルマに準じ、毎日の活動指標を達成する必要があります。このポジションでは、新規見込み客との電話が業務時間の80%程度を占めます。マーケット・ディベロップメント・レプリゼンタティブ(MDR)には、戦略的販売とターゲットアカウントの調査を中心とする実践研修を受けていただきます。急成長中のSaaS企業に関わる深く幅広い経験を積みたい方に最適のポジションです。

このポジションはMDRマネージャー直属となります。

Responsibilty

  • 適切なビジネスチャンスにおいて営業チームをサポートする
  • 営業部・マーケティング部との間にプロフェッショナルな強い関係を築く
  • 営業チームのメンバーと連携し、革新的な戦略的アプローチを使って受け持ち内のターゲットアカウントに浸透する
  • 大量のインバウンド・インタレストを優先させ、適切なフォローアップを行うためのベストプラクティスをつくりだす
  • Salesforceを効率的に活用して、アカウントの調査、重要契約の見極め、見込み客へのリーチを行う

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Basic
