What you'll do
The role is responsible for building and standardizing a suite of reporting and empowerment tools to enhance efficiency at all levels across the sales organization. This role will play a critical role in developing a framework for scalable reporting, strategic planning and supporting senior level sales and sales operations leadership. Projects may include pipeline analysis on a standard cadence, deploy and refine industry best practice forecasting processes, in-depth ad hoc sales performance analysis, develop QBR structure, evaluation of strategic programs and the packaging of findings/recommendations into presentation-ready content for senior leadership.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations.
Responsibility
- Use CRM tools to drive technical analysis of sales and activity performance to resolve insights that drive decisions
- Analyze business drivers, trends and operating metrics to drive actionable insights
- Collects and analyzes applicable data and other information, considering additional factors as appropriate, before making recommendations and/or decisions
- Develop and maintain standardized operational reports and dashboards to supervise overall region health and other key objectives
- Determines how to structure and approach decisions of moderate complexity
- Work closely with the members of the sales team to ensure we are collecting and surfacing the best data and information to make efficient business decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the Sales Operations organization to ensure consistent reporting standards and processes
- Establish KPIs and measure / monitor performance
- Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team, providing prompt and efficient resolution to a range of issues
- Prepare presentations and communicate findings from initiatives to management and broader organization
- Appropriately recognizes shifts in priorities and other changes that impact own work and adjusts accordingly without prompting from others
- Able to assume stretch responsibilities and participate in special projects that advance the function or the team's capabilities
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales Strategy & Operations role
- Deep experience with Salesforce.com, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools e.g. Tableau
- Have wide-ranging experience; uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve sophisticated issues in creative and effective ways
- Have multifaceted experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Preferred
- Accurate and precise attention to detail with advanced Excel skills
- Prior exposure to high-growth work environments, and a strong understanding of SaaS business models and go-to-market principles are all highly desirable
- Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and self confidence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accountable, goal-oriented team player
