What you'll do
As a Product Operations Manager you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key vendors, mostly based out of Europe, Middle East and LATAM, and you will assist their technical teams and/or our technical teams to develop integrations. You will also participate in Sales enablement and Field awareness actions to promote capabilities powered by your portfolio of vendors. Your objectives will be directly linked to business metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships.
Responsibility
- Survey ID and Trust vendors in EMEA, LATAM zones and promote DocuSign’s ID and Trust partner programs
- Participate actively in the evaluation and selection of vendors in collaboration with the product team
- Design integrations with ID and Trust vendors selected as component for the Identify roadmap
- Participate actively in defining the integration roadmap with ID and Trust partners
- Collaborate with partners and product marketing teams to build sales collaterals
- Participate in field enablement activities
- Enable field teams with demo capabilities
- Participate in technical support escalation process
- Impact DocuSign’s indirect revenue footprint
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- BS / BA degree required, ideally within a technical discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with software sales, consulting, product management, or similar
- Experience in solution design, product design, product configuration, and related skills
- Basic ability and interest in the business aspects of integrated solutions rough
P & L, maintenance costs - Strong ability and interest in the technical aspects of integrated solutions; APIs, UX, interaction models, workflow, data flow, exception handling etc
- Curious and creative personality
- Proven presentation and meeting management skills
- Proven cross-functional program experience
Preferred
- Ability and interest in authentication technologies (SAML, OIDC)
- Multi-lingual (Spanish / Portuguese / Asian languages) is a plus
