What you'll do
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts in Japan. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions across the full customer funnel.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement full-funnel digital marketing programs that align with business objectives and drive measurable results spanning awareness, consideration, and conversion stages, to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Collaborate with sales, content and creative teams to develop compelling digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor and optimize paid-media campaigns, using analytics to make data-driven decisions for maximum impact
- Create and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts and industries
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, display, social media, email, and content syndication
- Oversee the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to improve ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, creative and international marketing peers to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and technology partners to support campaign execution and performance optimization
- Develop and maintain a robust analytics and reporting framework to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and derive actionable insights
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in Japan, bringing innovative ideas to amplify reach and improve conversions
- Provide input into the global Go-To-Market (GTM) playbook, contributing insights and recommendations specific to the Japanese market
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to continuously improve campaign performance and user experience
- Convert MQLs monitor lead status efficiently and effectively as lead management, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes in collaboration with the distributed team and partners
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing in Japan
- Proven track record in developing and performing successful full-funnel marketing programs and ABM strategies
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Eloqua and Salesforce, Tableau)
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English
Preferred
- Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEM, display advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Data-driven attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry
- Knowledge of marketing compliance and data privacy regulations in Japan
- A strategic problem solver with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing high-level strategy with detailed execution
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities, and passionate about driving business growth through innovative digital marketing initiatives
