What you'll do

As a Lead Product Manager, you are a highly motivated leader who is accountable for defining the Marketing data strategy, internal data product roadmap, and designing solutions that build trust and develop features to scale and accelerate business decisions.
You are accountable for metrics, improving quality, driving adoption of data products in collaboration with internal teams and the broader Docusign partner ecosystem.
You will partner closely with marketing strategy leaders, clarify strategic intentions, identify business outcomes, and develop a product feature roadmap. With your knowledge in both data and marketing business, you will deliver in-depth insights and recommendations to decision-makers.


You are an extremely driven individual with high emotional intelligence, a true self-starter with demonstrated experience in high-growth, fast-paced organizations. You have
excellent written and oral communication skills, analytics and consultative skills, and

partner engagement skills. You build out the data story that helps our executives to understand the opportunities and accelerate the decisions.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Senior Director - Product Management.

Responsibility

  • Lead product strategy development and execution for growth marketing involving internal data product development and delivery across multiple features and working with multiple cross-functional teams and collaborators
  • Lead and manage highly complex and ambiguous work that involves many business teams, and annual planning
  • Define and track success metrics
  • Lead end user interviews and gather feedback, deciding which features (in the scenario) are important prioritization and build a roadmap
  • Translate business to technical requirements and partner with data delivery teams to deliver
  • Conceive and align major product deliverables developed and implemented across multiple teams responsible for multiple sets of strategic KPIs
  • Develop a change management plan to drive adoption
  • Communicate regularly with senior leadership and executives on data product performance, demo and roadmap
  • Extract optimal performance and results across multiple teams
  • Play a leadership role in mentoring and coaching Data Analysts and Engineers
  • Model leadership behaviors for others to emulate during times of ambiguity and change

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 12+ years of experience in transforming marketing business with data and analytics
  • 5+ experience with SaaS business operations and leading change management
  • Experience with data governance process for SaaS business metrics and policy
    implementations

Preferred

  • Experience in Tableau or other visualization tools
  • Experience in advance analytics
  • Marketing Business acumen with an ability to communicate the data story
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, ability to develop concepts and theories by
    connecting data across business domain

Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $171,500.00 - $277,025.00 base salary

Washington: $164,800.00 - $242,225.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
