What you'll do

As a Marketing Manager for DocuSign DACH, you will be an active contributor to an integrated, highly-collaborative EMEA marketing team, tasked with developing and implementing strategic marketing programs for the large to enterprise business segment. The role is predominantly focussed on growing Docusign in the DACH region. In this function you will work closely with your marketing colleagues, partnering with the Senior Manager Enterprise Marketing to support the Enterprise Sales teams with integrated marketing programs to deliver the business objectives. You will also plan and implement certain Account Based Marketing activities in line with the marketing plan.

This position is an individual contributor role and reports to the Director, EMEA Enterprise Marketing.

Responsibility

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, working closely with the wider marketing team and sales leadership to align to business objectives and our pipeline and booking targets
  • Implement and manage the enterprise and key account marketing strategy in collaboration with our business partners
  • Execute all tactics of the Marketing Plan - including local events - and coordinate with key collaborators including sales, partners team as well as marketing, shared services and agencies
  • Influence the content strategy from a large business perspective, to develop content aligned to stages of the buyer journey for the Enterprise segment
  • Report on the program success on a regular basis, share standard processes and develop new insights and test and optimise our programs
  • Work effectively in an EMEA team with additional EMEA wide or cross functional initiatives, based on priorities
  • Interact, align and share standard processes across the wider marketing team

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Master’s degree in business or marketing
  • Previous Enterprise marketing experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience with Account Based Marketing and /or Executive Engagement programs or events
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and management, possessing a deep understanding of the sales process for a SaaS business
  • Strong grasp of CRM systems (knowledge of SFDC & Eloqua a strong advantage) and Analytics tools
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Native German language, business fluency in English

  • Well rounded digital marketing skills, including writing and designing email campaigns and leveraging digital advertising and social media platforms
  • Excellent people and leadership skills to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teams, and partners and customers
  • Strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter who can accomplish projects with minimal need for supervision
  • Genuine interest in technology

  • Highly effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
