What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager for Oracle ERP, you will be responsible to drive the product vision, process and technical implementation for Procure to Pay and other core Oracle ERP modules like Tax and Accounting, partnering very closely with cross-functional teams within IT, Finance and procurement office.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance IT.

Responsibility

  • Function as a Product Manager and partner with cross-functional collaborators to model and design business and technology solutions that improve Docusign’s procure-to-pay process

  • Help define and deliver complex procurement and payables strategies, roadmaps and solutions from a procure-to-pay standpoint

  • Design and configure Oracle Fusion Procurement, Payables, Payments and Tax Applications

  • Learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends continuously, and apply them to the platform, where feasible

  • Prioritize IT commitments, business benefits, technology options, cost and constraints, and propose alternative solutions to the business

  • Build and maintain product roadmaps and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies in the procure-to-pay applications space

  • Track key application metrics, drive insights and build dashboards to measure results against goals

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent
  • 8+ years of hands-on functional experience in business analysis, solution design, configurations and end to end implementation of Tier 1 ERP solutions, including recent experience on Oracle ERP Cloud specifically in one or more of the following Oracle modules: Procurement, Payables, General Ledger, Projects and Tax
  • Experience with end-to-end procurement process, including supplier onboarding, sourcing, invoicing and payment
  • Experience working in an agile environment and using data to drive product decisions
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and Project Management tools

Preferred

  • Oracle Cloud Purchasing and Payables experience and/or certification
  • Experience implementing in Coupa, One Trust
  • Understanding or experience with one or more of the Core Finance Cloud ERP modules such as Sourcing, Purchasing, Payables, Project Accounting, or Tax for a global technology organization
  • Understanding of basic accounting and financial reporting
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem solving and analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $134,900.00 - $216,975.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
