What you'll do
The Sr. Enablement Specialist will assist in the management of the provisioning and maintenance of our Content Management System (CMS), Learning Management System (LMS), and Conversational Intelligence (CI) platform. In this role, under the guidance of the Manager, Learning Operations, you will help to enhance team enablement and process alignment along with delivering internal training sessions to increase system literacy across the enablement organization. The role also encompasses assisting on data quality, engaging in multi-functional projects to enhance efficiency, and triaging internal support requests through a streamlined case queue system. Additionally, the position helps to support the organization and execution of team incentive events, emphasizing efficient communication and detailed reporting.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President, GTM Enablement.
Responsibility
- Help to facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration among internal teams who own or help provision learning operations software
- Partner with the Manager, Learning Operations to support Sales Strategy and Operations to track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs, using metrics and feedback to continuously improve content and delivery
- Act as a representative for our Learning Management and Content Management Systems, for all content related to GTM Enablement
- Help to manage the systems and related technical questions, as well as input on the strategy of how we leverage the system to meet our team goals
- Work closely with the Manager, Learning Operations, to partner with the centers of excellence teams within GTM Enablement and serve as one of the resources to answer questions when end users need support
- Assist in the daily operation of the LMS, CI, and CMS tools, ensuring they are functioning correctly
- Upload, organize, and manage learning content within the LMS and CMS.
- Monitor system performance and solve any issues that arise
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure that content is up-to-date and relevant
- Assist in the management of the lifecycle of learning content, including updates, archiving, and removal
- Ensure all content is accessible and meets company standards and compliance requirements
- Help to provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including resolving access and navigation issues
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure employees can effectively use the LMS and CMS
- Find opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the LMS and CMS
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical-related field
- 2+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations role within a technology-driven business environment
Preferred
- Proficient in data manipulation in Google Sheets/Excel
- Proficient in commonly used Sales tools
- Technically proficient, with the ability to apply the technical knowledge and skills required in the job role and responsibilities to achieve the expected outputs
- Communicates ideas with respectfully exchanging information and proposes a way forward
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
Illinois: $38.03/hour - $49.43/hour
Washington: $38.03/hour - $52.19/hour
This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.
