What you'll do

Join the team as a Principal Product Manager to help build and launch our next generation Embedded Finance Platform capabilities
Customer-centric Product Management DNA. You will be a key single threaded product leader in our product group, focusing on connected our subscription billing and finance platforms. You will be part of the IT product management org helping bridge the gap between financial process and systems. Beyond this you will help shape the product culture and work hand in hand with design, architecture, engineering, and others to launch and ship high quality products to our customers and users.

This position in an individual contributor role reporting to the VP - Business Applications.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for their product portfolio, aligning with overall business objectives, customer problems and market trends
  • Provide leadership, clarity in vision and direction to cross-functional teams, and adjacent product management teams
  • Drive product innovation via an experiment-based culture by identifying market opportunities, leveraging customer feedback, and staying at the forefront of industry trends
  • Present product information and industry thought leadership to external audiences in webinars and client conferences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate effectively with teams across the organization
  • Use data, metrics, experimentation, analytics to make informed decisions, track product and customer performance, and identify areas for improvement and pivot
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, to product and portfolio roadmaps and continually optimize based on customer needs and feedback, towards business goals such as adoption, growth, engagement, retention or pivot points
  • Partner with internal GTM Product management team to ensure our GTM process to enable clear linearity and traceability of financial data

Job Designation

Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

What you bring

Basic

  • 15+ years related experience, managing, designing, and delivering world class solution in Finance, GTM, Data and Analytics
  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Experience with platforms like Oracle, Salesforce, and Zuora

Preferred

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical and communication background with ability to deep dive into finance and drive a data driven mindset
  • Deep understanding of customer empathy and curiosity
  • Strong track record of building lasting, cross-functional partnerships

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $195,500.00 - $315,775.00 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $186,200.00 - $263,000.00 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $186,200.00 - $276,125.00 salary


Washington DC: $195,500.00 - $276,125.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
