What you'll do
We’re looking for a proactive all-round contributor to join our integrated, highly collaborative marketing team, focusing on developing and executing strategic marketing programs for our large to enterprise business segment. As the Enterprise Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving demand and pipeline growth through tailored marketing initiatives that align with the company’s global direction. You will lead multi-channel campaigns—including 1st & 3rd party events, webinars, and digital campaigns—designed to engage target audiences and accelerate sales opportunities. This position requires a strategic approach, strong collaboration with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams, and the ability to use data-driven insights to optimise performance. Your work will directly impact business growth by developing high-impact marketing programs that convert interest into measurable pipeline and help achieve business objectives.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the ANZ Marketing Director.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute annual/quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team and sales leadership, aligning with business objectives
- Implement integrated marketing programs, including events, webinars and digital campaigns, to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and acquisition targets
- Align with Sales Development and Sales teams to ensure effective lead follow-up, and collaborate to meet pipeline objectives
- Define the target account marketing strategy and build specific programmes to resonate with our key accounts
- Influence content strategy for the Majors and Enterprise segment, ensuring content aligns with stages of the buyer journey and resonates with key accounts
- Manage the Executive Engagement program for top accounts, working closely with Sales leadership to identify key executives and develop tailored marketing experiences and events that support relationship-building and drive business growth
- Agree metrics for all programs, report on campaign impact, and use data-driven insights to optimise tactics and share best practices
- Monitor program performance, analyse key metrics, and adjust strategies to address pipeline gaps, ensuring a high return on investment
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 8+ years' marketing experience with a technology vendor in a marketing manager position
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- Previous Enterprise Marketing experience
- Strong grasp of systems including Salesforce, Eloqua, Outreach, DemandBase, and other marketing technologies
Preferred
- Technology & B2B SaaS experience an advantage
- Excellence in building cross-functional relationships and alignment, particularly with Sales leadership and Sales Development organisations
- A deep understanding of the sales process for a SaaS business
- Well rounded digital marketing skill set, including copy writing and designing email campaigns and leveraging digital advertising and social media platforms
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- Metric-driven approach focused on setting and measuring key performance indicators
- Aptitude for technology
- Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- A great team player, enthusiastic and proactive
