What you'll do
The core objective of this role is to accelerate pipeline velocity and increase average deal size by executing custom campaigns that precisely target high-priority accounts and key decision-makers. This focused approach will shorten the average sales cycle and measurably improve qualified opportunity conversion rates. Furthermore, the Demand & Field Marketing Manager will ensure a cohesive, professional brand and content experience across all executive touchpoints, thereby building stronger brand authority and driving higher win rates.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Demand & Field Marketing.
Responsibility
Develop of annual/quarterly marketing plans, working closely with the wider marketing team and sales leadership to align to business objectives and our pipeline and booking targets
Implement the enterprise and key account marketing strategy in collaboration with other business partners and execute programs to deliver against those goals
Execute all tactics of the Marketing Plan - including local events - and coordinate with other team members, shared services groups as well as agencies and our field teams
Influence and contribute to the content strategy from a large business perspective, to develop content aligned to stages of the buyer journey for the Enterprise segment
Report on the program success on a regular basis, share best practices, develop new ideas and test and optimise our programs
Work effectively in an EMEA team with additional EMEA wide responsibilities
Boost velocity and value by focusing on high-priority accounts and decision-makers
Design campaigns to shorten the average sales cycle and improve qualified opportunity conversion rates
Ensure a cohesive, professional brand and content experience for executive buyers
Build content strategies and sophisticated programs (incl. ABM) to accelerate high-value deals and secure large-scale revenue for our biggest revenue market in Europe UK/North
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 8+ years' marketing experience with a technology vendor in a marketing manager position, with technology and B2B SaaS sector experience
- Masters degree in business or marketing
- ABM experience in a similar role
- Experience with Executive Engagement programs/events
- Experience working closely with sales teams and management, possessing a deep understanding of the sales process for a SaaS business
- Experience with CRM systems (knowledge of SFDC a strong advantage) and proficiency with Google Suite and analytics tools
Preferred
- Technology B2B SaaS experience an advantage
- Well rounded digital marketing skill set, including writing and designing email campaigns and leveraging digital advertising and social media platforms
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- A great team player, enthusiastic, proactive and innovative
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teams, and partners and customers
- Strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
