What you'll do
Maestro is Docusign's no-code workflow orchestration platform, a central part of our new Intelligent Agreement Management offering. As a Senior Product Manager focused on the Maestro Building Experience, you will own how customers design, build, test, and evolve agreement workflows—making powerful automation intuitive and accessible for non-technical users.
This role owns the product strategy and roadmap for key parts of Maestro’s building experience, partnering closely with UX and engineering to deliver easy to use and powerful workflow authoring that helps customers move quickly from first workflow to production-ready automation. You will engage directly with customers to inform priorities and ensure Maestro delivers intuitive, best-in-class automation capabilities.
You’ll also collaborate with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional partners to launch new agreement automation use cases and drive adoption. The ideal candidate brings strong SaaS product management experience, a passion for user-centered design, and a proven ability to build no-code tools for non-technical users that span multiple features, services, and system boundaries.

Responsibility
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Docusign Maestro, with a focus on its integrations across the whole suite of Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM), external systems and applications
Mature the underlying Maestro platform to serve growing needs of larger enterprise customers, including reporting, auditing, monitoring, and permissions management
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to bring high-impact product features to market
Gather customer feedback, conduct market research, and analyze usage data to identify opportunities for improving Maestro’s capabilities
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term execution with long-term vision
Partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption, go-to-market strategies, and customer success initiatives
Represent Maestro in internal and external engagements, evangelizing its value to customers, partners, and industry analysts
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
8+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software
Experience collaborating with UX designers, including co-defining problems, reviewing designs, and iterating based on feedback
Experience shipping complex features in an Agile development environment
Preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience building no-code / low-code tools or products for non-technical users (e.g., citizen developers, operations teams)
Strong product judgment and ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
Comfort working with technical systems e.g APIs, integrations, workflow logic
Data-informed decision making, using both qualitative insights and product metrics
Passion for building elegant, scalable workflow experiences that grow with the user
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $133,800.00 - $197,750.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
- Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
