What you'll do

The Web Manager will be an expert in website best practices, developing and scoping projects, communicating with stakeholders and delivering within a fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on multiple projects at a time, communicating with global stakeholders and vendors, and have an understanding of web fundamentals.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Web Operations.

Responsibility

  • Review and update web content daily

  • Prioritize and execute multiple competing projects ensuring consistency with brand strategy and business objectives

  • Assist in triaging all new tasks for the website operations backlog, and work with stakeholders to gather missing information and requirements when needed

  • Create web copy decks for new page launches and serve as lead for pre-production timelines

  • Scope and deploy projects together with the Product and Program Owner and work on documentation to deliver fully defined tasks to the development team

  • Understand localization best practices and translation workflow tooling

  • Contribute to capacity and sprint planning, ensuring that all high priority projects can be completed within the given deadline

  • Work with production team to answer CMS troubleshooting questions, be the first line of defense for review before we share with stakeholders

  • Plan and lead meetings with cross-functional teams

  • Update and maintain WebOps process documentation

  • Deliver projects on time ensuring business requirements and web standards are met

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

  • 2+ years of website experience, preferably in the B2B

  • Experience with formal project management methodologies – Scrum, Kanban, and Agile

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence

Preferred

  • Experience with Contentful

  • Experience with Jira and ticketing systems

  • Highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

  • Sufficient understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS), and previous experience with Contentful

  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
