What you'll do
The Docusign Brand & Creative team is looking for an enthusiastic and multifaceted Project Manager Intern. This dynamic role combines creative and operational responsibilities, offering a great opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of creative project management, cross-functional organization and working in a large software enterprise. The Project Manager reports into the Senior Director of Brand & Creative Operations and will help manage the execution of creative Growth programs – build schedules, manage workflow and traffic assets, and keep things running like clockwork. The project manager will be collaborating with fellow project and program managers, creative directors, art directors, designers and writers, and will help coordinate all project activities to ensure that projects are executed within timeframe and scope. The Project Manager will act as the support for the Brand & Creative PM team to drive key initiatives across Growth and company wide, ensuring a smooth transition, managing brand project milestones, identifying bottlenecks, scheduling key creative reviews and presentation set-up. The Project Manager will learn how to be a problem solver in order to deliver high-quality experiences from integrated marketing campaigns to digital marketing communications to events to website initiatives.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Brand & Creative Operations.
Responsibility
- Support brand and creative operations by compiling capacity, resourcing and velocity reports
- Works closely with internal brand & creative teams and cross-functional partners.
- Help to identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation and asset management within the context of varying project types. (Jira, Brandfolder, Canva)
- Assist the project management team to uphold brand quality by ensuring all projects are approved by appropriate parties and deliver final files and outputs
- Partner with teams for various project deliverables to aid design development and production logistics and provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads regarding project status, issues, and priorities
- Support the PM team as they proactively identify risks, prioritize them, and create plans to resolve in a timely manner
- Monitor daily project requests that come in through JIRA and partake in regular intake sessions to assess & assign to creative resources
- Manage multiple production projects simultaneously using the many features of JIRA
- Participate in lessons-learned retrospectives to support continuous improvement
- Gain experience in employing active listening, in communicating in a manner that builds understanding, alignment and drives action and effectively tailoring communications and messaging to different audiences
- Help shape digital project management at Docusign by being an active participant in improving our Project Management practice, processes and tools
- Maintain Brand Creative Direction set forth by our VP of Brand and Creative Directors throughout all projects
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
Expected graduation in December 2026 or May/June 2027
Experience with modern collaboration and project management tools such as Slack, Google Docs, Zoom, etc.
Preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced people management skills - team focus in a high-paced environment with the ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence, and drive results.
Resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
Self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience building cross-functional relationships
Experience working with core creative project management systems (JIra, Brandfolder [Digital Asset Management], Canva, etc)
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $29/hour - $33/hour
