What you'll do
Lead the strategy and execution of sophisticated marketing programs, including high-touch ABM, to accelerate high-value deals and secure large-scale revenue for our most significant European market.
Your core mission is to drive pipeline velocity and increase average deal size through bespoke campaigns that resonate with high-priority accounts and key decision-makers. By focusing on these strategic stakeholders, you will accelerate sales cycles and drive higher conversion rates across the enterprise funnel. Furthermore, you will curate a premium, cohesive brand experience across all executive touchpoints, strengthening our brand authority and consistently driving higher win rates.
This role is an 8 month fixed term contract.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Demand & Field Marketing.
Responsibility
Orchestrate annual and quarterly marketing plans for EBU Entreprise Business Unit) North
Partner deeply with Sales Leadership to align marketing investment with high-priority account lists and regional booking targets
Design and lead high-touch ABM programs that blend 1:1 bespoke tactics for our top accounts with 1:Few cluster programs for strategic sub-verticals and ensure these programs deliver highly personalized experiences that resonate with specific business challenges
Influence the regional content roadmap by developing "executive-ready" assets tailored to the Enterprise buyer journey
Create the narrative for complex buying committees, ensuring a premium brand experience across all touchpoints
Execute a high-impact marketing mix (digital, events, and partner co-marketing) tailored to the region
Manage diverse channels to ensure every touchpoint is engineered to build brand authority, engage key decision-makers, and accelerate pipeline
Establish a rigorous reporting cadence. Monitor ABM metrics (account engagement, pipeline influence) to continuously optimize program performance and share "test-and-learn" successes with the wider EMEA team
Act as a lead stakeholder within the EMEA Marketing organization, representing Northern Europe’s requirements while contributing to broader EMEA-wide initiatives and best practices
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
3+ years' marketing experience with a technology vendor in a marketing manager position (with technology and B2B SaaS sector experience an advantage)
Masters degree in business or marketing Enterprise marketing experience in a similar role
Experience with Executive Engagement programs/events
Experience working closely with sales teams and management, possessing a deep understanding of the sales process for a SaaS business
Experience CRM systems (knowledge of SFDC a strong advantage) and proficiency with Google Suite and analytics tools
Preferred
Technology & B2B SaaS experience an advantage
Well rounded digital marketing skill set, including writing and designing email campaigns and leveraging digital advertising and social media platforms
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong written communication and presentation skills
A great team player, enthusiastic, proactive and innovative
Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teams, and partners and customers
Strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
