What you'll do
This role is a strategic hybrid designed to scale Docusign’s footprint across Asia through a "Services-First" partner ecosystem. You will spend 70% of your time transforming our Asia reseller base from transactional vendors into sophisticated service providers capable of delivering high-value implementation and advisory services. The remaining 30% of your focus will be dedicated to orchestrating our Microsoft Go-To-Market (GTM) motion, driving co-sell success and deep integration within the Microsoft Cloud stack.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Channel Resell.
Responsibility
Identify high-potential resellers in Asia and transition them into "Service-Ready" partners
Guide them in building dedicated Docusign practices that offer implementation, API integration, and change management
Assist partners in developing and productizing their own branded service catalogs (e.g., "Quick-Start" implementation packages or industry-specific workflow automation)
Lead technical and consultative training sessions across Asia to ensure resellers can deliver high-quality customer outcomes that drive long-term retention
Assist to identify and onboard new resellers in key markets (ASEAN, India, Greater China, Korea) who possess strong existing service capabilities in ERP, CRM, or HCM ecosystems
Shift partner KPIs from pure license volume to "Services-to-License" ratios and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores
Execute the Docusign x Microsoft GTM strategy across Asia, aligning with Microsoft’s regional field sales teams to drive joint opportunities within Azure, M365, and Dynamics 365
Enable Asia resellers to leverage Microsoft incentives and the Azure Marketplace to streamline procurement and maximize deal size
Act as the primary point of contact for Microsoft’s Partner Development Managers (PDMs) in Asia to ensure Docusign remains the preferred e-signature and agreements intelligence partner in their cloud deals
Drive quarterly business reviews between partners and sales counterparts
Promote "Better Together" use cases, specifically focusing on Docusign integrations with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
10+ years in Partner Management, Channel Development, or Consultative Sales in the Asia technology sector
Proven track record of developing service-led business models within a reseller or distributor network
Demonstrated experience working with or within the Microsoft partner ecosystem (MCPP) and a solid understanding of Microsoft Marketplace and Co-sell motions
Proficiency in English
Preferred
Deep understanding of the business cultures and regulatory environments across various Asian markets
Experience in Professional Services or Systems Integration (SI) environments is highly preferred
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders at both resellers and Microsoft
Fluency in one or more Asian languages
