What you'll do
The Enablement Specialist will manage and maintain our Enablement Platform (Seismic). This includes our Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS) to ensure efficient deployment and tracking of training programs. The role will involve collaborating with the enablement team (including performance partners, instructional designers, trainers, etc), to optimize our Enablement Platform.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Learning Operations.
Responsibility
Manage our Enablement Platform (Seismic), including our CMS and LMS platforms, user access, content uploads, governance initiatives, and system configurations
Coordinate with the enablement team to ensure training content is properly formatted and deployed
Provide technical support for LMS users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity
Track and report on training progress, course completion rates, and other key metrics
Ensure compliance with U.S. government data security standards and regulations
Create and maintain documentation, such as user guides and job aids for the platform
Stay updated on LMS updates, trends, and best practices
Leverage Al-powered tools and analytics to streamline workflows, generate insights, and inform data-driven decisions across key business processes
Identify opportunities to apply generative Al and automation to improve efficiency, enhance customer/employee experiences, and support continuous optimization of team operations
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field
3+ years of experience as an Enablement Platform Administrator or in a similar role
Experience with Seismic Training & Coaching module & Content module or similar systems
Experience with e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, AICC) and learning technologies
Experience communicating technical information effectively to non-technical users
Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Doc, Google Sheet, Google Form)

Experience with data manipulation
Preferred
2+ years in a systems, operations, or related role within a high-growth, global organization
Strong understanding of learning management systems, content management systems, and project management tools
Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize processes, with a focus on efficiency and scalability
Experience in developing data strategies and using data to drive decision-making and program improvements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to drive projects to completion
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing ambiguity with confidence
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
