About the Role

Drip Capital is seeking a highly strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing professional to own end-to-end demand generation and brand building for the US market, targeting SMBs. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role with direct impact on pipeline and revenue, with the opportunity to build a team as the function scales.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Own full-funnel demand generation across paid, owned, earned, and outbound channels

  • Define ICPs, segments, personas, and quarterly pipeline targets for the US SMB market

  • Launch and optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads and SQLs

Multi-Channel & Outbound Marketing

  • Execute programs across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, retargeting, and other performance channels

  • Own database strategy, segmentation, and outbound email campaigns

  • Build nurture journeys using marketing automation tools

Brand Awareness & Market Development (US)

  • Drive top-of-funnel visibility through webinars, partnerships, events, PR, and thought leadership

  • Strengthen Drip Capital’s credibility and trust among US SMB business owners

  • Identify high-impact channels, communities, and platforms for market presence

Website, SEO & Conversion Optimization

  • Own website performance, landing pages, and CRO experiments

  • Develop SEO-led content initiatives targeting high-intent searches

  • Manage lead magnets, gated assets, and conversion workflows

Funnel Operations & Analytics

  • Track CPSQL, CAC, ROAS, pipeline velocity, and revenue attribution

  • Define lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and reporting dashboards

  • Partner closely with Sales on qualification, routing, and follow-up

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation

  • Proven ability to drive qualified pipeline and revenue (not just leads)

  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition and outbound marketing

  • Experience targeting US or international markets

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

  • Ability to operate independently in a high-ownership role

Good to Have: Experience in fintech, lending, SMB marketing, or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, GA4)
