  • Help plan and execute internal events such as town halls, learning and development sessions, and culture-building initiatives, including logistics, content coordination, and post-event communications
  • Manage and execute social media content in collaboration with the Head of Communications, including drafting posts, coordinating approvals, scheduling content, and tracking performance
  • Support media relations efforts by maintaining media lists, monitoring coverage, drafting press materials, coordinating interviews, and preparing background materials
  • Assist with industry event marketing and sponsorships, including content development, promotional coordination, speaker support, and on-site or virtual execution support
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs from marketing, legal, compliance, product, people, and leadership teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • Track project plans, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Monitor the financial and business media landscape, social media trends, and competitor activity to inform communications planning
  • Support measurement and reporting on communications performance, including social media metrics, media coverage, and internal engagement

What You’ll Need

  • Foundational understanding of financial markets, investing, and fintech, with curiosity to deepen expertise
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and channels

  • The ability to prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on what’s critical versus important to drive work to completion
  • A client-oriented mindset with an understanding of how your work impacts partners
  • Strength in cross-functional partnership with the judgment to coordinate across multiple teams
  • A bias toward transparency, accountability, and responsiveness in everything you do
  • You’re committed to continuous improvement and implicitly believe that we > I
