This individual will be responsible for building the operational foundation that drives revenue growth, improves forecasting accuracy, streamlines processes, and enables cross-functional alignment across the customer lifecycle.<br></span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and systems expertise with exceptional business partnership skills and a deep understanding of revenue strategy in a high growth environment.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">What You’ll Do</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Develop and execute the company’s Revenue Operations strategy to support scalable growth and operational excellence.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align revenue goals, KPIs, and reporting</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Pricing for core products and new releasing</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Own and optimize the GTM tech stack, including CRM systems, sales engagement tools, forecasting platforms, and analytics solutions</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Lead forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, quota design, and revenue reporting processes</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support strategic planning initiatives, including annual planning, capacity building, and headcount analysis</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Build and maintain dashboards, and performance metrics that provide actionable insights to leadership</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Drive operational rigor across the customer lifecycle, from lead generation through renewal and expansion</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Establish data governance standards and ensure accuracy and integrity across systems and reporting</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">You Bring </span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related GTM leadership role</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Background supporting enterprise sales organizations and complex revenue models</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proven experience supporting high-growth organizations, with technology, fintech, Saas, or financial services environments</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong expertise with GTM AND CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot or similar tools</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience with forecasting, pipeline analytics, compensation planning, and operational reporting</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and drive adoption of new processes, systems, and operational frameworks across functional teams</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Advanced analytical and problem-s solving skills with the ability to data into strong recommendations</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Familiarity within financial services, broker dealer, or regulated markets</span></li> </ul> <p class="p1"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>New York, NY - Hybrid<br></strong>Please note: this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.</span></p> <p class="p1"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Pay Range</strong>: $320,000 USD - $340,000 USD</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Working at DriveWealth</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">We do our best work when we’re in the same room.
