The Dropbox Marketing Team shows the world how Dropbox makes work better. We're storytellers and strategists, exploring new ways to connect our products with the people who need them. From product launches to campaign strategy, positioning to digital marketing, we blend creativity with data-driven insights to build our brand and grow our impact. Role Description

The Product Marketing team is a key driver of go-to-market success, shaping the strategy and execution for how we bring products to market and scale adoption. We thrive on collaboration, alignment, and operational excellence to ensure we deliver value to our customers and business. As a Senior Product Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in enabling high-impact go-to-market initiatives and improving the way we operate. Reporting to the Product Marketing Operations lead, you’ll partner closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success to support launch execution, pricing & packaging operations, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

Pricing & Packaging Operations
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Finance to support pricing and packaging changes.
  • Track operational requirements for pricing updates and ensure execution across systems and teams.
  • Document packaging frameworks and support internal enablement for new pricing models or offers.
Process Optimization & Team Enablement
  • Identify and implement process improvements that help PMM operate more effectively with internal partners.
  • Streamline recurring workflows such as stakeholder communications, launch reporting, and quarterly planning.
  • Contribute to internal tooling and documentation to scale team efficiency.
Program Management & Reporting
  • Maintain visibility into key programs and initiatives through calendars, dashboards, and project trackers.
  • Support reporting on launch performance and team KPIs in collaboration with analytics partners.
  • Contribute to retrospectives, quarterly business reviews, and executive updates with clear summaries and documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a connector across teams, helping to resolve blockers, clarify responsibilities, and drive execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Support communications that keep stakeholders aligned and moving forward—especially in moments of complexity or change.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing operations, go-to-market operations, program management, business operations, or a related function.
  • Proven success supporting cross-functional product or solution launches at a high-growth company.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity, structure, and tone.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to bring order to ambiguity and keep projects on track.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values iteration and action.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working as a Product Marketer or directly with a PMM team on launches, packaging, or positioning work.
  • Familiarity with SaaS pricing & packaging motions and the operational steps needed to implement changes across systems.
  • A systems thinker who enjoys designing frameworks, building repeatable processes, and driving alignment across functions.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, and Finance leaders.

The range(s) listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE (On-Target Earnings) for this role, subject to change.

Please note, OTE are for sales roles only.

Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation. We target most new hire offers between the minimum up to the middle of the range.

Dropbox uses the zip code of an employee’s remote work location to determine which metropolitan pay range we use. Current US Zone locations are as follows:

• US Zone 1: San Francisco metro, New York City metro, or Seattle metro
• US Zone 2: Austin (TX) metro, Chicago metro, California (outside SF metro), Colorado, Connecticut (outside NYC metro), Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York (outside NYC metro), Oregon, Pennsylvania (outside NYC or DC metro), Washington DC metro, and West Virginia (DC metro)
• US Zone 3: All other US locations
