Role Description
Dropbox is seeking a detail-oriented and highly resourceful Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to support product leadership within the Dash organization (Dropbox’s AI division). Our Admins are the glue that holds everything together — from complex calendaring and travel to organizational leadership and team support. In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of confidential, operational, and strategic tasks that directly impact the success of our teams and leadership.

Responsibilities
Executive Support & Calendar Management
- Strategically manage complex calendars in a rapidly changing environment, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
- Coordinate seamlessly with other executives, assistants, and senior leaders to balance competing demands
- Protect time and anticipate scheduling conflicts while ensuring availability for critical meetings.
Travel & Event Coordination
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
- Plan, execute, and support on-site and off-site meetings, events, and team gatherings
Operational Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as the face of Dropbox on behalf of your VP, building strong, trust-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with other admins to ensure effective leadership coverage, alignment, and consistency across the broader org
- Coordinate and track special projects, initiatives, and cross-functional priorities
Administrative Excellence
- Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports with accuracy
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent field experience)
- 5+ years’ experience in an executive or administrative support role, preferably supporting senior leaders
- Proven ability to manage heavy calendaring for multiple leaders and support their teams
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects, manage shifting priorities, and act quickly with sound judgment in an organized, detail-oriented way
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across a wide spectrum of personalities and stakeholders
- Track record of being proactive, resourceful, and consistently going above and beyond
- Ability to maintain composure, professionalism, and a sense of humor in high-pressure situations
- Strong Google calendar/email/doc skills
- Event planning expertise
- Passion for Dropbox and helping your leads and their teams as they scale
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the tech industry
- Familiarity supporting product leadership teams
- Exposure to project or program management responsibilities
Compensation
The range(s) listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE (On-Target Earnings) for this role, subject to change.
Please note, OTE are for sales roles only.
Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation. We target most new hire offers between the minimum up to the middle of the range.
Dropbox uses the zip code of an employee’s remote work location to determine which metropolitan pay range we use. Current US Zone locations are as follows:
• US Zone 1: San Francisco metro, New York City metro, or Seattle metro
