Technical Solutions Specialist, Full Time

Responsibilities
- Support the Direct Sales and Channel teams with deep technical solution expertise of Dropbox Products and Add-ons (including our third-party integrations), and how technical solutions aremanaged and secured
- Manage the technical relationship with Dropbox partners and customers including objection handling, roadmaps, migration strategies, customer demos, pilots and proof-of-concept work
- Ensure a smooth transition of deals from pre-sales to our post-sales Customer Success / Channel teams
- Provide a critical voice of the customer back to leadership and Dropbox Product teams
- Conduct technical solution enablement and training to Sales Representatives, AccountManagers, Service Delivery Partners (ex: Vendor Partners & Channel Partners)
- Develop tailored workflows and novel solutions emphasising a value-based selling approach
- Travel to customer sites, conferences and other related events
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Sales Engineer or Professional Services Solutions Consultant
- Technical expertise in SaaS applications, collaboration/productivity software, integrations with on-prem/cloud-hosted applications natively and through a REST API
- Ability to create technical content suitable for a variety of audiences (IT Admin, Developer,Manager, Executive, Business Decision Maker) and formats (oral, written, presentation and video)
- Prior experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of workplace transformation trends
- Fluency of English (Writing, Reading and Speaking)
- Excellent business level of English (Writing, Reading and Speaking) as you will be working with colleagues globally
