Role Description
Dropbox is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to execute creator programs that drive brand awareness across our product portfolio. You'll own campaigns end-to-end—from sourcing creators to shaping briefs, coming up with content, and measuring impact—working closely with Brand, Social, Comms, Events, Integrated Marketing, and Paid Media.
You'll help place Dropbox at the center of cultural conversations by bringing narrative-driven content to life through creator partnerships that support product launches and integrated brand activations. You'll diversify our creative mix toward work that feels native and surprising, ensuring every partnership is strategic, measurable, and built to reach the right audience.
This role sits within the Brand Marketing team and reports to the Head of Partnerships and Influencer.
Responsibilities
- Execute and evolve our influencer marketing strategy to drive top-of-funnel brand awareness and engagement, including support for product launches and integrated brand campaigns.
- Help position Dropbox within relevant cultural conversations through thoughtful, high-impact creator partnerships.
- Drive the creation of engaging, shareable content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution including planning, timelines, budgets, briefs, and deliverables.
- Build and scale an always-on creator and UGC program to support ongoing brand storytelling.
- Partner with agencies to source and evaluate creators using both data and strong brand judgment (audience fit, content quality, brand safety, performance history).
- Develop clear, compelling creative briefs that balance brand standards with authentic creator voice; manage reviews and approvals.
- Coordinate campaign execution including content schedules, tracking links/UTMs, and whitelisting/ads permissions.
- Maintain program operations including creator databases, templates, and briefs
- Stay current on creator trends, platform changes, and emerging tools; proactively bring new ideas and opportunities to the team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of influencer marketing experience, with a proven track record of executing end-to-end campaigns (in-house or agency).
- Strong project management skills and ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Excellent creator taste and brand judgment, paired with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Experience managing influencer partnerships, with a strong understanding of key contract terms (deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity, FTC compliance, brand safety).
- Ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and translate results into actionable insights.
- Strong writing and communication skills, especially in developing creator-facing briefs.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and a bias toward action.
- Familiarity with AI or tech/productivity tools is a plus.
